Royal NLR – Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre
We humans, we want to move forward. We look not only to the present, but especially to the future. As an ambitious knowledge organization, we experience this like no other. NLR has been working on solutions that make our future better for over 100 years. Because aerospace is evolving constantly. We are accelerating that movement, with our full conviction and deep-seated desire to innovate. Our mission is clear and ambitious: making aerospace safer, more sustainable, more efficient and more effective. Aerospace is facing a range of complex issues: tension from climate change to the digitalization of processes, and from safety to autonomy. NLR cannot take on these challenges alone. We believe in the power of collaboration. As a linchpin between the government, industry and science, we transform ideas into real-world applications and technology that make an impact.

Lens Research & Development
Lens R&D B.V. started operating as a private company om 1st of April 2012.
Focussing on high volume production of high reliability Sunsensors the company initially produced Sunsensors for solar concentrator and space applications.
Since the collapse of the concentrator market in 2015 the company has focused on space applications only.
10 years of qualification, modification and re-qualification led to two fully ESA qualified Sunsensors in 2022 (one day prior to its 10th anniversary).
Once qualified, significant growth led to a change in company structure from a private company to B.V. and the formal name was changed to Lens R&D B.V.
Currently working on the first ESA qualified single chip digital Sunsensor (IBIS) and its Cubesat variant (µIBIS), there are three analogue fine Sunsensors in full scale production.
The Bison64-ET and BiSon64-ET-B are fully ESA qualified and the MAUS has been taken through the same qualification program.

Spherical Systems
SPHERICAL is an industry leader in the design of dedicated semiconductors and uses them to build electronic subsystems for aerospace, starting with satellites. By designing semiconductors faster and more efficiently, we make satellite subsystems that solve the customer pain by being able to source subsystems that are deeply software configurable while at the same time being highly-reliable for space. We enable satellite integrators to move faster in their design and assembly while removing project risk.
